We are open 7 days a week.

Do you offer a Personalisation Service?

Yes we do, we offer an engraving service on certain items that are suitable for engraving. This is a great idea to offer a unique and special gift for an upcoming event; Wedding, Engagement, Anniversary, Graduation, Retirement, Corporate Gifts, Birthday, New Baby or Christening

Our Engraving service takes 3-5 working days plus shipping for small orders and for larger orders over 10 items it can take 1 week plus shipping. You will receive your tracking number prior to dispatch of your order.  This will  update once engraving is completed and your parcel has been collected by the courtier. 

If you would like you get an item engraved and pick it up instead of delivery then please choose click & collect under delivery options when placing the order.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes we do, our click & collect pickup up point is the reception desk just inside the entrance door. You will receive an email when your order is available for collection. Remember engraving orders take 3 days to process, so these orders will not be available to collect straight away. If you have an urgent order please call us on 091757311 and we will try and accommodate you.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit your showroom?

No, we are open to the public 7 days a week. There is no charge to visit.

Delivery FAQ's

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, upon dispatch of your parcel is from our warehouse.  On occasion you may receive tracking numbers prior to dispatch.  Please allow 24H* for dispatch updates to process (72H for engraving order updates*). If you have queries regarding your order email us at mailorder@galwaycrystal.ie

What is something has arrived broken from my order?

Should you have received a damaged or broken item, please email us at mailorder@galwaycrystal.ie, include your order number, a picture of the broken item, the state of the delivery box (any damage to box?) and the item that has been damaged and quantity. We will send out a replacement as soon as we receive this information.

Our products are normally restocked within a few weeks of the item going out of stock. In some rare occasions it can take longer for an item to come back into stock. Stay up to date by clicking on the stock reminder email for the product you like, that way you will be notified as soon as it's back in stock.

How do I clean my Galway Crystal Glasses?

To help keep your prized piece of Galway Crystal Glass looking as beautiful as the day you bought it, please follow these five steps carefully.

  1. Hand wash in warm water 
  2. Use only mild soap flakes 
  3. Rinse in clear water 
  4. Dry carefully with a linen or lint free cloth 
  5. Polish with a lint free cloth 
Can I put my Crystal Glasses in the dishwasher?

It is not recommended to put Crystal Glassware in the dishwasher.
